Annual Subscription Fee

The annual subscription fee is charged based on the scale (capacity) of the infrastructure, ensuring that costs align with actual usage. Specific pricing factors include:

  • Number of users and access permissions

The subscription fee ensures you continue to receive system updates, performance optimizations, and security protections.

Operations and Maintenance

During the subscription period, Tocharian is fully responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security vulnerability fixes of the system, ensuring your solution is always in optimal running condition. You won’t need to worry about daily operational issues and can focus on the development of your core business.

Consulting Services

We provide comprehensive consulting services to help you optimize system configuration and usage:

  • Free Consultation: Offers 30 hours of free consultation services, covering system optimization, usage training, and troubleshooting.
  • Additional Consultation: For hours beyond the free portion, there is a charge of €80 per hour, ensuring you receive professional support when needed.
