Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tocharian OÜ handles personal data in connection with the public Tocharian corporate website. Product-specific services, customer environments, security telemetry, and investigation evidence are handled under the relevant customer agreement or written arrangement.
Who we are
This website is operated by Tocharian OÜ. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@tocharian.eu.
Information we collect
This website has no contact form and no accounts, and it collects no personal data from you directly. If you email us, call us, or message us on LinkedIn, we hold whatever you choose to send. If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com and the details you enter there are processed by them under their own privacy policy before reaching us. The web server also creates technical logs for security, debugging, abuse prevention, availability, and operational monitoring; those may include IP address, request path, request time, browser user agent, and response status.
How we use information
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a scheduled call, understand what kind of Elastic, security, or observability support may be relevant, and keep appropriate business records. We use server logs to operate and secure the website. We do not sell personal data, and we run no advertising or behavioural tracking.
Scheduling and correspondence
Call bookings are made through Cal.com, which acts as a processor for the booking details and calendar invitation. Email correspondence is held in our company mailbox. This website itself operates no database and stores no submissions.
Legal basis
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process website contact and technical information based on your request to contact us, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and compliance with legal or security requirements where applicable.
Sharing of information
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website, scheduling, email, hosting, infrastructure, security, or business communication — currently Cal.com for call scheduling and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, availability, or integrity.
Retention
We keep correspondence and booking records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, handle follow-up communication, or meet legal and security requirements. Technical logs are kept for a reasonable operational period unless a longer period is needed for security, abuse investigation, debugging, or legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us. No email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send credentials, secrets, production logs, incident evidence, or confidential data before we have agreed a secure channel for it.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data by contacting info@tocharian.eu. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised date.
